Main tasks are: Hiring, coaching, motivating, commanding, leading commercially and technically the sales team; Knowing deeply the needs and advantages of the channels of distribution attended by the “Sales Regional of Ribeirão Preto” which covers the South, Southeast and Northeast of Brazil; Participating in negotiations with large clients, consultants and researchers to make decisions and to take quickly actions when it is vital and necessary, so customer satisfaction is guaranteed; Design and implement marketing campaigns and other sales strategies; Getting to know and point out the limitations of each SR (sales rep), and with him/her solve it, promoting thus his/hers professional, financial and personal well-being; Helping each SR to maintain and to open new channels of distribution in his/hers allocated area; Compiling all data from the SRs (supplies, sales forecast, budget, credit, area needs, sales order, etc.), and take actions; Meeting monthly with the board of directors and other managers to discuss specific and broad matters about each area, supplying experiences and key information to help the group narrow conclusions and decisions, etc.
